Well I think that's an antirely realistic & reasonable expectation.
You would have seeen the two LL.net.au's for sale by auction on Netfleet.
af.net.au and vp.net.au currently with proxy bids at $35 and $80 respectively both with a few days to go. ct.net.au sold for $170 and k7.com.au for $700 not so long ago.
Collectively we really need to record & share these results to help people get a better handle on the market which will then enable buyers & sellers to come together easier...

So my LL.net.au should be priced at around $70 usd right now, if I am to sell any at market
de.net.au sounds cheap for $70
