closed Aunts - possible MILF sub-niche? auntz.com

I picked up auntz.com quite recently as it gave me an idea of a MILF sub-niche, something along the lines of "whoa, I just banged my father's sister!" type of site.

Now I'm not the right man to develop any type of incestuous or semi incestuous sites, but still the idea came to mind and I was curious on what you guys thought about it and possibly what such a domain as auntz.com could be worth for an entrepreneur pursuing this idea.

Morals aside, let's discuss the financial aspect of this idea, if there is one.

Don't really think they are cheap it has more to do with competition. The more competition the cheaper things usually are. That is true of just about anything.

Webmasters perhaps, however, I've dealt with companies in the adult industry before and they didn't hold back on the green. With the right approach, I'm confident I'll be able to sell it for a decent sum.

This has nothing to do with unrealistic dreams of becoming a millionaire. This is all about pitching the domain in a way that makes someone realize the potential in it. Aunts as a sub-niche, what do you guys think? Potential or not?
