Auth code

I request my domain auth code but the code not come into my mail.
I have send email to godaddy but it they ask for paypal/credit card info/billing number and and then i give my number but they reply looks like i dont know how to request the code. I get guide how to send the code. I did it before but not get the code.

There is nothing complex to it.

Log into your account, under the domain list click on the domain you want its auth code.

Under domain details, click on the Send by Email link next to the Authorization code. Confirm by pressing OK.
