I am trying to transfer few names from Enom.com reseller account to Fabulous but everytime I try, i get this error message in fabulous transfer window
authorization code incorrect

i tried several times to get the Auth codes from Enom but everytime i get the same fabulous message. Either Enom is giving me wrong codes or fabulous has an issue.
Anyone of you had similar problems?

Thanks
Simon

maybe it's a copy/paste problem? do you tried to type-in the codes manually?

Happened to me in the past. To get around this, I think I locked the domain again, then unlocked it and requested the auth code again. Thus I was able to force the generation of a new auth code, that in sync with the registry.
If it doesn't work, you'll have to contact support. Good luck.

Is it for a .com or another TLD?

.com
i tried Katherine's method but I am still getting the same code. ie. wrong code according to fabulous transfer window

I tried to transfer the name from another registry and got the same message "Invalid authorization information" So seems Enom is sending out wrong Code on purpose

You need to read this on auth codes.

If you are using a web based email, the auth code may not be displayed properly. There might be a few characters missing. View the source of the email and you'll see the correct auth code.

thanks it helped. Strange that some characters were indeed not displayed.
