Received a low $*** offer for this .mobi and turned it down -- What do you think this might be worth if .mobi becomes popular? Thanks for any and all responses!

I agree with the previous comments. It's a nice name, but .mobi is new and we don't know how it will develop.

The bottom line is the market determines the value, it is worth whatever you can get for it. No one can give you an accurate figure for a .mobi at
this point. Consider it a long-term investment.

Good Luck

good potential, good keywords, only 8 letters, loan market is high value, this is a term that is good in any extension (and all the top extensions have been regged). The fact you've already received an offer says something. I wouldn't sell for low xxx, hang onto it unless you receive a great offer. To answer your question, if .mobi becomes popular could be worth mid to high xxxx

Loan.mobi went for $3,850 on Pool with a limited number of bidders.

I think it is pretty safe to say that your domain is worth more than the offer you received!

Will we ever use a cell phone to look for auto loans?
We might, when we sit at the car dealer waiting for the sales guy to "talk to his manager" and so on, but how often do we buy a car?
Each year 16 million vehicles are sold in the US. Lets say (in the future) 5% will want to look at car loan offers in the web while they are outside, so we have 800K people.
Among those, lets say 5% will look at this website --> 40K visits per year, 3.5K/month.
