Cool short names, not necessary targeted to local market.

Like you say, they're cool short names. But I can't see any value in them. I guess someone might throw you very low $xx for them if you're lucky.

Slovenia is a rich and developed, albeit pretty small country. If a local company is interested in any of these, I don't see why their value should be lower than, say, av.ch.

that's a good point. I was thinking from a western perspective. Selling to the local market might be a good option.
