Yes Cnobin does. And as of today Enom allows it too.

"eNom is happy to announce that starting on January 23, 2006 all resellers will be able to reverse domain registrations via our API. As long as the request is made within 5 days of a new domain registration, eNom’s system will delete the domain name at the registry and will fully refund the original order amount. The fee to use this functionality is $0.25 per transaction to cover processing costs."

It has just been brought to my attention that users have had the option of deleting names at Enom, even before this recent API change. A simple ticket using their online support desk would do the trick, and if it was received and processed within 5 days from the original registration you would get a full refund (not even a $0.25 charge).

I had no idea. I wonder how many people have been using or abusing this ability at Enom and other registrars.

Overture stats for december were released a few days ago. Seems logic to me that a new batch of names with ovt are avail.

Didnt even think about that...

cnobin is good if you delete once in a while... but im pretty sure they have that feature to allow you to delete names incase you make a mistake in registering...not to test the traffic. (though many people us it for that)

just be careful they dont freeze your account.
