i own the domain, there is a big US law firm with the same initals using a website with name law.com

they've offered me $500, take or leave?

If that was their 1st offer right off the bat, you need to counter offer.

Thanks, whats it worth? have you seen the law firm behind it?

It's not a huge firm, but they do have 7 lawyers. Does the domain get any traffic? Im not the best at appraisals but I would ask for a few K and explain to them that in the domain aftermarket the domain is valuable because it is pronounceable, 4 characters and if it gets any traffic. If there 1st offer is $500, I would assume they have much more in them. Best of luck.

Edit: They obviously know the benefits of having the domain. They also own www.foodpoisoningrecall.com www.defectivedrug.com and www.squeakyhips.com

Be careful now, this post comes up on the 1st page of Google for Awko Law

Counter with $5,000 and explain that it's a fair price for the domain.

I just noticed you just registered the domain. Looks like a great ROI coming up :)

Here's another potential buyer. There is nothing wrong in negotiating with several buyers at the same time - awkonline dot com
