By the looks of things was regged on 26th Sept, & a lot of Monster companies like this should have pre-landrushed it.

My guess is some little scrote.mobi in China grabbed

The whois got updated only on 2nd August 2007

BIG positive is they didn't take long to use the baby & we just found it

Stranger things have happened.
Hope not, but if the original buyer wasn't misusing, ie: selling life policies under axa's name for example LOL, AND had a tm in another country for that acronym in another field, who knows?

If there's no record in the wipo cases, then possible they paid.
They may have scared him into giving back or paid. I don't know.
You work for them , you find out! Be interesting to hear what happened :yes:

Good. Was going to recommend some more fiber and less lipids to get that intestinal tract back in order. Seems like the .mobi is becoming a real pain in the ass with some folks. Just not digesting it very well. But it sure goes down smooth.
