Are there any good lucrative affiliate programs geared towards selling products/ services to businesses?

I am looking for good affiliate programs for selling products to businesses.

Is anyone familiar with b2b woodworking or metalwordking tool programs?

The yahoo directory is $300 anually to be listed I believe. Would you guys recommend paying that? ie: is there enough bang for those bucks?
