It is a free membership site and on its own, it does not have any revenue since it does not charges a cent to join. It has over 670 members in its fold. Because of the link exchanges, it is gathering a nice pool of new sign ups each day. There are regulars who post pretty often.
I am currently using the site landscape to bring the traffic flows to my other sites and paid sponsors. The buyer can make changes to it, except for 1 link which is paid and need to stay for at least 8 months.
I've got the site for about 4 months and grew the membership from about 150 to the current 670 members. The site is running on i-rater Platinum 3.2.1 . The license to i-rater does not come with the site. i-rater has a new i-rater Platinum 4.0 which you should upgrade to. It is $97 for a single license or $127 for a 20 site license to i-rater Platinum which you can use for up to 20 sites for that low price. I am using the 20 license pack and I guess I cannot transfer the license in question.
The site has potential.
