Similar values for both I think. I prefer the singular for this one, but plural gets more results.

Could be a good name, but would require someone (end user) to actually use/develop it. I would think this would be marketable to the right people.

It's dead on. Though the singular is more end user "friendly" for a dominating company.

The plural sounds like a directory of these services.
