Bad Traffic using PPC Companies

I'm about to switch one of my live image hosting site to a Parking page. I'm pretty sure the traffic is not that great. Mainly people looking for free stuff and about 90% non-US traffic (traffic/visitors mainly from China)

What happens when I park at one of major PPC companies? (DS/ParkingPanel, etc.)

In general, do they eventually ban the account due to low conversion OR will they pay extremely low CPM value?

I don't want them to cancel the account as I have other PPC sites making decent money.

Do they ban the account for extremely poor poor traffic or will they continue to pay but with low CPM?

If it's legit traffic, I wouldn't worry about it. Seems that people who get completely banned from parking companies tend to have something sketchy going on, not just low conversion on a particular domain.
