We just needed to borrow a ladder from him to work on some microwave equipment across the street up on the hill. He happily showed us his INCREDIBLE setup while walking around in his boxer shorts, we had apparently woke him up. He showed us some pictures of 'ball lightning' that he had created! A real nice guy!
