I would say resale value would depend on traffic level.

i think the name might have value in the long run given that non spanish speakers translate Bank of Spain directly into "banco espanyol" but this is very superficial i've to admit. given it's very generic nature at this time i would value it at a low xxx with a lot depending on a new bank spanish being initiated (might prove rare in this era when banks are merging instead of multiplying). good luck

I think its ok, but its usually bancode[region or city] or banco[region or city] is englishbank.com worth anything? I think you could get low $xx - mid $xx, but im not 100% sure with spanish banking
