If you find someone who wants to develop it, they'll probably pay you between $50 and $500.

It's a cool name.

If confined to celebrities, it wouldn't be any more offensive than the usual celebrity gossip magazines and blogs.

The adult industry would be its best use. But they're mostly skinflints.

If, however, it ended up full of photos of regular people without their permission, the site would be really obnoxious.
