Selling site as is for only $400>$350 USD. Developed using PHPLD software. Excellent project for someone who is willing to contact bankruptcy trustees for listings of their services. Without any promotion, a few trustees have already paid for listings. There are over 500 pages indexed by Google and I have pretty good SERP for certain search phrases. What is the traffic/revenue from adsense
 
$9.37 USD over the past year with 1231 page impressions. As with the $400 price tag, I am basically selling at just the domain price. This is a model of pay per listing; not PPC. Approach the NABT.com which is the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
 
Price drop for this project is now down to $350 USD
