Banner at site saying it's for sale

Because there's about 2,500 domains involved, I'm looking for a quick way (script, etc.) to place a banner at the top of every site. It'll be a link to a central site where all will be offered for sale.

Would a frame work with forwarding to it through the registrar?

Any ideas? I see several people using "For Sale" banners but don't know if they're doing each one manually.
