Yes, the fad has already shifted to other TLDs.
But one can't blame politicians or corporations for using the latest marketing trends & gadgets to their advantage.

Agreed. It's too early to tell if .mobi is going to be successful. Wait 5 years and see where it is.

Seems a struck a nerve... Try not to let all this Mobi negativity get you down... Thiers a good chance a naive newbie will join DNF and buy all those crappy mobi's you invested in. Theirs HOPE out there so DONT give up OK?

If you cant sell them here, I'm sure your students at the University of How to Lose Money (UHLM) will take them off your hands. :yes:

I just heard that MA was an adjunct and lost that job 5 years ago

You already said domaining is your hobby. It's 50% of my job. The other 50% is using traditional and new age media to educate people about what works in today's world and what doesn't.

When challenged by Raider, you posted some laughable numbers about sales. Maybe a class on Economics 101 is in order :D
