I have recently sold one of my domains, F15.COM without the existing site and now I am looking to sell the site separetly under a different domain, http://www.humanfarm.com . The sale will include the domain humanfarm.com, the current site, new logo for the humanfarm.com domain as well as 530 hosted forums, 1133 email accounts, 150 free image users, 450 hosted images, 53 counters, 100 guestbooks, 500 wallpapers, 300 fonts, 650 jokes and 300 free recipes. Site also features a variety of webmaster tools such as pagerank checker, search engine position report, broken links checker, whois search etc. I will also include all the script licenses such as HiveMail, MForum, InstMail etc. which by themselves are worth $xxx.
You will have access to all member details to inform them about the domain name change and that they can still keep using the free services under the new address. The site used to receive around 800 - 1500 unique visitors and 7.000-16.000 page impressions a day and you can easily generate the same kind of traffic by contacting existing members and informing them about the changes. Google Adsense generated between $5-$10 per day on average for the site. The site utilized around 1-2 GB space and 40-50 GB per month.
The site was hosted on a dedicated server however I moved it to my own shared server under the new domain http://www.humanfarm.com . I will provide free hosting for up to a month till the buyer makes the transfer arrangements. The domain F15.COM will be pointed to the site for a couple more days and then it will be pointed elsewhere. The buyer will need to inform the members accordingly.
As I am looking for a quick sale, I will accept offers over $300 with BIN set at $600. This is quite a bargain considering the worth of licenses as well as the amount of traffic that can be generated very easily by informing the existing members.
