barganing with parking companies for revenue share

what would you say is the minimum traffic (or revenue) that would allow you to bargain with parking companies for greater revenue share? 100k uniques / month, 200k, 300k? any example from your experience?

Almost any domainer with a decent portfolio can probably expect some rev share incentive if you ask.
