Looks like a big name for a hotel company. Seems like it would be a generic geographic area too. I'd say high xxx or low xxxx. If it's the hotel company interested in it, then...

Nice one with .info extension. Low-mid x,xxx. I would offer this one with the development plan as a package. Independent businesses operate all individual 180+ hotels with Baymont logo throughout the United States and Canada that operate under theit brand under franchise agreement.
