Update , the domain sold for 71,200 and the sale has now been completed and the funds have been secured , Also my suspicion on end user was spot on and it was that very company that purchased the domain

One of them called me via my contact on the whois asking me that they had heard "rumors" that the name was up for auction on ebay . I corrected them and told them it was on sedo . they insisted on buying the domain out right , but i told them that the auction was the only way they could get it
