Well, only registered my .be as they were for free and did NOT expect any traffic whatsoever. But, it just seems to be like with any other domain name, if somebody wants that name, they will make an offer. Already received 75€ offer for 987.be and origine.be gets a view visitors and clicks too.

There has to be some value to .be domains with good keywords, even if they are english. Develop the site and get listed on google/dmz/yahoo and you can make some profit.

I agree. I see that vancoppenolle.be is listed on the sedo.com home page as a recent sale at $999 EUR.

we placed the new price at 16 Euro.
perhaps we will do something similar with other TLD´s, but not in the very next future.

Thanks Freddy. One more quick question. If we buy a domain from eurodns.com do we have absolute control over renewal options/decisions or is the card automatically charged? I know you have a 19 page TOS but wanted the abbreviated version/answer here please.

What? You have not read our terms and conditions? The dishwasher is already on the way to you!
For the moment we have no Auto-Renew.
For security reason we also do not store the creditcards.
If you do not renew the domains, it will expire.
