so far there's only one hit on google.com.vn for beachhotel: http://72.14.235.104/search?q=cache...hophi.jsp+beachhotel&hl=vi&gl=vn&ct=clnk&cd=1 (and there's a familiar name next to it...)

there's obviously no real market for .vn yet - I guess you're thinking about value in one or two years.

both beach and hotel are pretty generic terms which are used by some vietnamese speakers also, and beach hotel vacations are popular with vietnamese, so it's not unthinkable that some might search for beachhotel(s).vn
thinking about the huge vietnamese diaspora, particularly in the US - might be a good niche.

There's few individual foreign tourists yet - mostly group travel, therefor little interest in particular vietnamese hotels etc by tourists (they all seem to rely on old-fashioned travel agents).

I'd say low xxx now - maybe more given the right buyer.
