it looks like my title was to long and the
Growing Beauty Drop Ship Business, 1 1/2 Years Old, Very Profitable, Complete Drop Ship.

Note* Refunds in May/June are due to us buying a competing website that was valued incorrectly. We lost a lot of money with this buy and it caused a cash flow problem in our business for May 2009, because of this we were not able to ship all orders in May which is the reason for the high refund rate. Please keep in mind even with all these refunds in May/June the business was still very profitable. This is the first problem we have had in 2 years and it was based on an outside business decision and had nothing to do with the current operations.
Note*Our largest drop shipper has also just informed us they will be reducing our product costs since we have brought them so much business. This should increase bottom line profits 5-10%.
About My Hair Styling Tools
My Hair Styling Tools is an 18 month old successful business that was started in January 2008 and began making sales in February 2008. The site has seen a consistent growth in traffic and sales and is very profitable. All products are drop shipped from reliable suppliers with authentic product. Many of the products are 100% markup with the minimum markup being 20%. This is a great online business which allows you to work from anywhere in the world.

We have worked hard for over 18 months doing SEO, finding quality suppliers, establishing relationships with bloggers in the beauty market and getting our site on high traffic related websites. We have just installed some professional affiliate software on the server but we have not worked on establishing affiliate relationships. We do have one affiliate who asked to be an affiliate with us and has been promoting our products and averaging 1-2 sales a month. Increasing the affiliates is highly recommended and would increase revenues.

Note* We have been testing PPC and have had some positive results, more testing needs to be done and I will provide all the PPC campaigns and landing pages. With more testing of PPC you can expect to double sales revenue. We just havenât done this as we have too much going on and we have not been able to get to it. I will help the new owner with setting up and running the campaigns.
Potential
Women spend majority of the money online plus products targeted towards women tend to have a higher markup. With online users increasing this site has great potential to do One million dollars a year in revenue within the next 12-24 months.
We have not even begun to market to hair salons. Also many of the top keywords for brand names have not been targeted yet. If you use the plan we have in place you can double the current sales revenue this year. Plus many of the keywords that drive sales and traffic are not in the #1 spot yet in the major search engines, we do have a plan in place that will help the new owner achieve this.
Reason for Selling
The owner wants to focus strictly on marketing. If the new owner wants, we would like to work with the new owner and continue promoting the site for the new owner with the affiliate program.
Amount of people to run the business
1 Full Time
Right now I run the business from South America and have a full time employee outsourced in Canada which is paid $800 month, I will continue working with the full time employee so you will need to hire an employee or you can do this yourself. Full time employee handles all customer emails, sends orders to suppliers, processes refunds and runs all the daily business activities. I do have a good contact to outsource this for $600 month with a high quality firm in India. You can do all the work yourself or you can outsource like I have done and spend about 2-4 hours a week on this business checking stats, and making sure things are progressing.
We do have an outsourced SEO team that we highly recommend and they cost us $350 month.
Training
I will work with the owner via email or msn for 3 months to help you get situated in the business. The new owner can also contact me if they ever need help after these 3 months but I will provide my full attention for these first 3 months.
