Considering (low $XX,XXX - buy now - $25k usd) offers for my latest buy, beetle.com. Got a clean history of ownership. Any transaction will take place through escrow.com with split fees.

Not sure of the traffic, as it was only a recent buy.
Should do well with car insurance or likewise links as there is a car called beetle made by volkswagen. Quite popular in the uk. (http://www.vw.com/newbeetle/)
