'aaaaa' is english verb word.

There is trademark registered 'aaaaa' company. And other one - 'aaaaa credit'. Is it legal to register domain names: aaaaacreditcard.com, aaaaloan.com?

Anything related to their business, infringement! Anything not related to a trademarked business you will do just fine see aaaaadomains, aaaaashoes, aaaaadogtraining ....

They did not trademark the word just the word associated with that type of business.

For an accurate assessment, you need to provide the actual name.

i onced regged a "aaadomainname.com" that had nothing to do with AAA automotive road service or insurance and still got a call from their legal dept.

after 34-40 min. back and forth conversation on validity of their "claim of infringement due to potential confusion", i told em they could have the name....if they initiated the transfer.

so in that respect, there are risks

And rightfully so Biggedon. That is almost in comparison to getting disneydomainname, or amazondomainname. I think if you owned aaadomains there would have been less of a conflict. Yes lots of risk.
