Actually, asking price will be easy to figure out. It's just going to be a factor of traffic or revenue, depending who you sell to. Good new, you can probably get 4-8 years revenue for it, the higher end being if someone bought if for the traffic rather than the revenue. Bad news, adult clicks don't pay that much typically.
