I'm sure the traffic went crazy when Saddam was convicted, since there were probably a ton of people who wanted him to lose his head. Like Dave said above, the name is very controversial, especially since it is unfortunately a common execution style for terrorists. I would value it at low $x,xxx, mainly because it would be hard to find someone looking to make this commercial. Made it into a shock site, it should be able to earn some good revenue from adult advertising. Good luck.
