sorry but the name makes no sense whatsover ... what does be offered mean? maybe i'm missing something?

It could be turned into a site where people sign-up to be sent offers via email. Offers such as free ipods, free mini macs, free plasma tvs, free gift cards or whatever it maybe. Hence, "be offered" deals or free products via email, etc.
IMHO the value on this particular domain could be all over the place.
