Just looking for a few professional opinions...

What is the best place to put domains up for auction? SnapNames? GreatDomains? Moniker? Afternic? or somewhere else?

I've also found, at one or two places, they seem to make you jump through hoops to get a name listed, or they fail to respond to queries or submissions.

I don't know a "best" place depend on the domain quality.
GreatDomains, Sedo and Afternic are good for some type of domains.

If you looking for a Live auction Traffic is the best.

If you have a domain to sell then sign up to them all and list them all.

The exception is when a listing service requires exclusivity, of course.

Also, be aware of the often steep commissions charged at some venues as a couple of them have tiered commission packages.

Personally, Afternic has sold the most for me, by a long shot, with the same domain list.:?:

I agree... but the best option is searching out an end users.

:yo:

Definitely depends on the name and promotion.

Finding end users and then conducting the auction after they know about it could be helpful.

I had a name sell for 2k on great domains that received a 5k offer on NP
