I've got the two different "appraisal" software programs that you see selling now for a $1 on eBay, but I'm looking for a more realistic program I can buy or perhaps a good website I could visit. There is a Domain Name Value Estimator on another Domain Forum that seems a bit better than these others and you can get an appraisal done for free (if you want the "Certificate" suitable for framing you need to pay something). But this program appears to be out of date or not completely functioning. It uses a good DNA valuation model that includes link pop, so this is much better than the eBay junk programs.
For establishing a truly fair market price for domains I have been taking the average of these three approaches and dividing by 2, but there has to be a better way. I'm looking to value 600 domain names, so putting them in our Domain Appraisal section is out of the question. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.
