Hi there, can you please give me the best domain name registrars that you have experienced with these features: speed (live), money-wise, great transfer tool with less hassles, domain can be transferrred easily and not after 60 days. Thanks.

Transfers are blocked within the first 60 days by the CNO registry, not the individual registrar. You can change ownership in the first 60 days, but you cannot move a domain to another registrar if it's a CNO domain.

I think you are going to hear eNom the most often from this forum. Buy an account from a reseller and you'll pay around $7-8 dollars per name.

Other registrars that offer the same, are dotregister, any opensrs resellers (000domains), godaddy.com, and registerfly.

Do a search and read some of the old posts on this forum about all these companys.
