Best drop catcher for .IT tld? (registrar: Promotion Digitale / www.promo.it)

A domain I want just expired a few days ago. It was registered at Promotion Digitale (www.promo.it). Which drop catcher would give me the best chance of registering this domain?

Why do they require an identity document (passport, driver license, etc.) in order to register an account?

It's a requirement of the registry for .it domains...
Normally you should also have a LAR signed and ready to be faxed (the dropcatchers automate the sending of faxes).

BTW you need to be EU resident.
