best 'for sale page' software?

Hello friends.

What's the best software for custom for sale pages for my domains?

There seems to be quite a few out there, and would appreciate If you can point me to a reliable one that is also functional and easy (wishfull thinking) to install?

It would be nice to be able to cusotmize the pages and perhaps somehow have it have different prices on each domains (minimum offer...etc...).

My server runs on RH9/cpanel.
