Best free or well priced stats program?

I'm wanting peoples opinions on the best stats programs available... either free or up to around $50 with unlimited domain licenses or allowed to use it on at least 5 - 10 domains.

I like the look of Urchin but it looks way too expensive..... I'm currently on Webalizer but not happy with the limited stats it shows... can't even see top referrers by document... which is rather annoying if you have an image host then all your top referrers will obviously be from places that are serving your images & not actually linking to your main page for example....

Awstats is very comprehensive, and best of all, free.

awstats is great, also extreme tracking (web based, free) is just as good.

Webalizer is also a solid program, AWStats may possibly be more accurate, but both of those stats applications should be probably be used together for best results.

I would stick with webalizer. They are pretty good.
