Best Hosting w/ MIVA Merchant?

Hi,

My client is not getting customer service from the host he chose, OLM.net.
They are terrible and unknowledgable about MIVA it seems. They won't
really help make the linkpoint module work.

What's the best hosting company to go with who is fast, has good
customer service (like lunarpages does) and offers a plan with MIVA merchant?

Please help ASAP as we need to move our site soon.
