When purchasing domains specifically for PPC revenue, what topic areas are best to target based on PPC earnings?

Is there a list somewhere or related info to study?
Any advice?

There are many views and approaches to PPC. Some people swear by high paying keyword lists and some don't. Personally, I think it is all about picking a niche without much concern with payouts and just stick to it and get to the top of your niche. Then when you have conquered that niche, move on to the next one.

From what I've heard Gambling domains parked at Fab usually are the highest paying.

I always try to stick with relevant keywords for the domain. However, there is a lot of play in AVG. PPC for semantically equivalent keywords. Example:

Using "credit card" instead of "credit cards" as the keyword for a domain at sedo (or any other parking service that always keywords) will increase your RPC by about 50% with no difference in CTR.

I agree with Blarian...if I had to start from scratch, I would pick one niche area that has not been saturated (i.e. not poker) and build a portfolio that I could sell to a large corp.
