Best PPC Parking service for .eu domain names?

I wanted to ask which Parking service people would recommend for .eu domain names? As well as the UK, who pays the best rates for continental Europe?

Also is there any parking service that geotargets their ads? Would obviously help revenue-wise if Bulgarians were shown Bulgarian ads and Brits British ads.

I agree. But just wanted to know which had a significant inventory of, say, German, French and Dutch advertisers alongside British ones. Some companies think nothing exists beyond the English speaking world.
