What time (please specify timezone), do you guys think is best to close an EBay auction for a domain so as to get the most potential buyers online at the end?

My favorite time is 8:00PM CST.

That way you have 6:00PM PST, and 10:00PM EST. Not too late or too early for anyone.

Now, if you want the morning, then go 11:00AM CST, 9:00AM PST, and 1:00PM EST. :-)

It depends what you are selling. If it's software or something that offices would use, end it in the morning. If it's toys or anything that people would buy while off the clock, end it when they are home for the night. :-)

Good luck! :-) I'd definitely end it during the day then. That's when most domainers are buying. :-D

Wow, you're right. I recently moved from CST to MST so I was thinking 2 hours off and forgot to take the change into effect.

Sorry. :-)

i used to think it mattered.. but after 8 years of selling on ebay the truth is it doesnt matter much or at all.. people will still miss the auctions no matter what time it ends.... greatest exposure.. not sure there is such a thing..
