best way to buy templates?

Where are some of the great places to buy original templates with full rights?

I want to buy some templates for my sites but I don't want to pay too much $80 max I guess. Also I want to make sure I am not getting something that either has been used or will be sold to someone else.

Any suggestions? I already look at wht sometimes but it's too sporadic.

The exclusive templates are always pricey, which costs you $xxx on average.
I suggest you purchase some non-exclusive templates and made some tweaks to suit your needs with PS.

Best would be to get some custom work done. That ways you own the design/template and nobody else does it. SOmething along the lines close to your numbers can be done by us.
