Best way to get idn.com listed in the search engines?

I have a few good keyword IDN's that I think would bring great traffic once indexed. The thing is, Where do I submit these? Are there any social bookmarking sites in JP or CN that I can submit to and be able to read my way through?
I can get a regular .com listed within a couple days with good results but I am lost on IDN's.
Please enlighten me

you can submit via punycode and unicode - These aren't special domains

Yahoo yahoo.co.jp and Google google.co.jp both cater to the Japanese market.
