Best way to monetise chatroom traffic

I need some advice please

I have a chatroom that gets 200 to 250 uniques a day
AW stats shows average 110 000 pages/day (not sure what that means)

60% ZA traffic
Balance spread between com, ip and smaller amounts in Europe

Its making less than $6/ day adsense

What is the best way to monetise this traffic?

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
