What is the best way to sell your domain at auction, do you set a fix price? or do you allow the buyer to make an offer? because most domain auction website encourage buyer to set fix price but some people are of the opinion that you might end up leaving money on the table or you don't leave the seller room to negotiate. What your opinion about it?

best not to put your domain in an auction, if you think it won't sell above your "mental" reserve.

as the primary purpose of auctions is to liquidate something of perceived value
