What is the best way to sell a domain name? Ebay seems like it is very hit or miss. How much would takeittocourt.com appraise for? Seems like a law firm or courtroom TV show might pay pretty big bucks for this name.

List your domain names with all major sites such as sedo, afternic, greatdomains etc.

As for the name, you really need to find an niche end user. I dont' think its' worth that much to resellers.
