@stock_post - very valid question.
as like anyone else i was not absolutely sure about price of this domain and last year in SEDO i had set the desired price to $1000. I got an offer of $500 (thread detail - https://sedo.com/member/bidthreaddetails.php4?id=1216745&tracked=&partnerid=&language=us) but unfortunately I did not respond hoping for a better offer. This offer got cancelled and till date got other offers below $200.
Had thought of developing the domain as an alternative but now too busy with my finance domains and not interested in Law domains. So, would like to sell it off. Though I still feel its worth more than $500 - will surely consider good offers above $200.
