Yes, may be a bit high but a good name for end user.
 
Considering the quality of domain, keywords ranking in search engines, it's a fair price.

I thought it can go for more than $100k

It'd be a high price for a domainer, but would be a bargain to an end user developing on it. Lots of potential on a name like that.
 
It was also making $500 a month nice price i think it has huge potential very brandable for a comparison site .
