I personally don't think these domains are worth anything. Keywords and TLD
don't suit at all.

BTW, don't bump your threads, please.

Thanks dodo1, that's one opinion. There's plently of professionals in both Manhattan and Beverly Hills. I think these keywords + this tld is a complete match and it's not like the com/net/org/info/biz versions of these names are going to drop anytime soon! :)

I think they have very good potential. One must be patient and think ahead several years. Particularly with the Manhattan domain. There are an enormous number of professionals in America's financial center. Manhattan.pro would make a great online directory ... accountants, attorneys, bankers, real estate developers, advertising execs, doctors, etc. The name is very good, imo.

What you would have to decide would be in the long run would you make your money back. These extensions have a hefty reg fee. If you hold it for several years are you going to make your $200+ back? If not I would let them drop and take the loss for one year's reg fee. As dodo1 stated above, the keywords do not fit the extension at all.

The reg fee is already covered by adsense so that's no problem. :) I'm in no hurry to sell these names but i am interested in learning what people think they might be worth. So far I've been getting very different kinds of feedback on these names. Some think they're great while others think they crap.

I also have seek.pro, wrestling.pro, broadway.pro, boxing.pro, p***y.pro, s****tease.pro, gamer.pro, certified.pro, clan.pro, actress.pro... Not sure if they are any better. As others have commented the .pro top level domain probably needs mature before these domains gain any real value.

Has there been any .pro domain selling for over $500?

I think the manhattan.pro has better possibilities but name alone are just reg fee

I highly doubt you can sell this without development.
