Since the .org, .us, and .biz versions are still available I think the wholesale value is reg fee to low $xx.

However, if you do a search for "Beverly real estate" on Google you will get quite a few results. There seems to be a couple towns in the USA named "Beverly" and even more real estate brokers named "Beverly".

If you were VERY active in trying to sell this domain name to a real estate agent named "Beverly" or a real estate agent in a town of "Beverly" you might be able to get high $xxx to low $x,xxx. It may take a bit of work, but I think you just might be able to do it. Remember, there is quite a bit of money in the real estate business.
